2019 WCA of New Mexico Annual Conference – Exhibitors

Greetings Exhibitors,

The WCA of NM’s Annual Conference is a premier event for bringing together professionals in the workers’ compensation industry. It provides a forum to directly reach and inform the decision makers and leaders of the workers’ compensation community.

Hotel rooms are available at Hyatt Regency at a discounted conference rate of $94. Please call the hotel reservation line at (505) 842-1234 to book your room. Rooms must be booked by 04/23/2019 to get the conference discount. Be sure to mention the WCA of NM 2019 Annual Conference when you call to reserve your room.

DEADLINE TO BE IN THE PROGRAM – 03/22/2019 / NO REFUNDS AFTER – 4/1/2019

Please check the size of your display and choose your booth size accordingly.
(Please note that if your booth will not fit in the 6-ft. space, you will be required to pay for a 12-ft. space.)

  • One 6-ft. booth space at $750 (includes TWO conference registrations)
  • One 12-ft. booth space at $1300 (includes THREE conference registrations)
  • Electricity at $75
  • Please be sure to include employees who will be attending

Registration for additional attendees is $300 for WCA members and $380 for non-members.
