2024 WCA of New Mexico Annual Conference – Sponsorship

Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Worker’s Compensation Association of New Mexico (WCA of NM) proudly announces its upcoming 43rd Annual Conference – the premier workers’ compensation event in New Mexico for showcasing your business. This year we will be at Sandia Resort & Casino. The Work Comp theme/slogan this year is “Work Comp Is Out of This World!”

The WCA of NM became a 501(c)3 organization, creating the WCA of NM Foundation. Our hope is to raise more money through the Foundation to benefit the G.C. “Toby” Wright Scholarship fund, which provides college scholarships for children whose parent suffered a catastrophic or fatal work – related injury. All proceeds from the conference and the golf tournament, sponsored by the Foundation, benefit the scholarship fund, and now all contributions to the Foundation are eligible for tax deduction.

The “Mars” sponsorships are $6,000 and above; the “Jupiter” sponsorships are $3,000 – $5,999; the “Saturn” sponsorships are $1,900 – $2,999; and the “Pluto” sponsorships are $800 – $1,899. Standard Sponsorships from $1 – $799 are also greatly appreciated and gladly accepted. Remember, for every $800 in sponsorships, you will receive one free conference registration. A conference tote or portfolio will be provided for each attendee.

Please note that the 2023 event sponsors are given priority to sponsor the same event this year. The sponsorship registration form can be found on our website at A copy is also attached for your convenience. You can pay online with your registration or you can mail your check with the registration to the address on the form. The logos we used at last year’s conference on the big screen will be used again this year, unless your logo has changed. Please email us any new logos as soon as possible. Hotel rooms are available at Sandia Resort & Casino at a discounted conference rate of $229. Please call the hotel reservation line at (505) 796-7500 to book your room. Rooms must be booked by 04/06/2024 to get the conference discount. Be sure to mention the WCA of NM 2024 Annual Conference when you call to reserve your room.

“SATURN” – $1,900 – $2,999 – 3 free admissions’ share a sign for an event; verbal mention at the event; small banner in exhibitor hall
